Join the KC Health IQ Team and the Barbers of Brooklyn Kutz Barbershop for a friendly walk, run, skate, or bike ride through the community. We are calling this monthly event “Walks for Wellness.” Our route for this month will start at the Opera Coffee House and take us through the River Market Area. Come and network as we get out of the office to improve our health and wellness with this FREE event. Enjoy free health information, learn about programs and services that can lead to a longer healthier life. So mark your calendar for Monday, June 24th from 1pm-2pm. This event is open to the community, so please share it with your networks. Advanced registration is encouraged for this event!
