The mission of the Bridge Leadership Academy is to foster forward-thinking progressive leaders through character-based development, educational, personal and professional discovery and a commitment to serve the community. The Bridge Leadership Academy is an enrichment program focused on teaching leadership and life skills to youth in Kansas City, Missouri. Through partnering with community-based organizations, The Bridge provides holistic services in the form of tutoring, social-emotional well being, job-readiness, basic needs, and more.
