Learn how to transform your relationships and start anew. \nBy Healing Our Trauma & Family Matters KC \nDo you have a daughter or mother that you struggle to get along with? Do you see other women getting along with their mothers/daughters and wish that could be you? Perhaps you’re tired of fighting or just tired of feeling distant. You love your mom/daughter\, but the relationship doesn’t always feel loving. If any of this feels familiar\, this workshop is for you. \nJoin mother-daughter duo Angela Habeebullah (attorney\, mediator and marriage educator) and Nadirah Habeebullah (licensed marriage and family therapist) for an intimate and interactive workshop geared toward helping mothers and daughters increase their connection\, improve communication and begin on the path of healing past hurt. \nSome of the topics covered will include defining and understanding generational trauma\, identifying and controlling emotions\, effective non-violent communication skills and nurturing rituals. \nThis event is geared toward women with daughters who are at least 13 years old. While it is best for attend in pairs or groups\, individuals can also attend and take the information back to their family. \nWe look forward to sharing space with you.
